one build process.
I started in Karachi, Pakistan, coordinating a core banking system rollout across five branches — requirements gathering, hardware installs, vendor management, the unglamorous plumbing that every good interface eventually sits on top of. That project shaped how I still work: understand the data and the risk before you draw a single screen.
Since relocating to Jacksonville, I've led UI/UX for admin platforms, patient-facing portals, and e-commerce sites — wireframing in Figma and Axure, building the front end in React and Angular, and validating everything with real usability testing before it ships. In 2024–2025 I added formal security and responsible-AI credentials on top of a decade of design practice, because the products I build increasingly need to hold up under both scrutiny.

RPR — Residential Property Report Admin
Owned UX and data-point discovery for an internal residential-property reporting tool from the ground up — whiteboarding sessions, wireframes, and rapid Axure prototyping carried through to final design mocks. Built for an audience of internal analysts, not end consumers, so the priority was information density without losing clarity.
HR Admin Enterprise Platform
Led the design track for an internal HR administration system alongside the property report tool, taking on team-lead responsibilities for the first time. Componentized the UI in Angular 6/7 for reuse across both platforms — custom directives for tables and maps meant one build served two very different admin surfaces.
Patient-Facing Portal Redesign
Converted user research and stakeholder requests into journey maps, personas, and storyboards for a healthcare provider's digital front door. Rebuilt the site's mockups in Adobe XD and Figma, then implemented the front end in React — closing the loop between the research phase and the shipped interface myself.
Multi-Site E-Commerce Refresh
Managed design and ongoing updates for two to three company e-commerce websites at once, plus a companion Android app. Sketches through to Adobe XD prototypes, with manual QA on every UI element before release — a small team doing the work of a much bigger one.
Core Banking System Rollout
Coordinated the interface and infrastructure side of a Core Banking Solution migration across five Sindh Bank branches in Karachi — signature-image capture software, hardware and OS configuration, vendor coordination, and acting branch-manager duties during deployment. The project that first put design decisions next to security and compliance ones.

UI/UX Designer / Cyber Security
- First experience as a team leader, on top of full UI/UX design work in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.
- Owned UX and data discovery for internal admin platforms, from whiteboarding through Axure prototyping to final mocks.
- Built responsive front ends with HTML, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Angular 6/7, including custom reusable directives.
